ArcThree Media Lab ("we", "us") operates the ArcThree eBay Listing Tool and related tools (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — email address and any name you provide when you sign up.
• eBay authorization data — when you connect your eBay account, we receive and store OAuth access and refresh tokens that let the Service act on your behalf (e.g., create draft listings, read categories). We do not receive your eBay password.
• Content you create — listing drafts, titles, descriptions, item specifics, prices, images, and related data you enter or upload.
• Payment information — subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; we receive limited billing details (e.g., plan, status, last four digits) from Stripe.
• Usage data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To connect to eBay APIs on your behalf using your authorization.
• To process subscriptions and billing.
• To provide support and send service-related notices.
• To protect the Service against abuse and to comply with law.

3. Service providers (sub-processors)

We share data only as needed with providers that help us run the Service:

• eBay — to create and manage listings via its APIs.
• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy).
• Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
• Cloudflare R2 — image storage and delivery.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. eBay account deletion / closure

As required by eBay, we subscribe to eBay Marketplace Account Deletion/Closure notifications. When we receive a valid notification, we delete the associated eBay data and tokens we hold for that account.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will delete or de-identify your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

We use appropriate technical measures to protect your data, including encryption of eBay tokens at rest and access controls that isolate each account's data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. International users

We are based in Japan and process data in facilities operated by our providers, which may be located in various regions. By using the Service you consent to this processing.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on your location, additional rights may apply.

9. Children

The Service is intended for business users aged 18 or older and is not directed to children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

ArcThree Media Lab（以下「当社」）は、ArcThree eBay出品支援ツールおよび関連ツール（以下「本サービス」）を運営します。本ポリシーは、当社が取得する情報、その利用目的、および利用者の選択について説明します。

1. 取得する情報

• アカウント情報：登録時のメールアドレス、氏名等。
• eBay連携情報：eBayアカウント連携時に取得・保存するOAuthアクセストークン／リフレッシュトークン（利用者に代わって下書き出品やカテゴリ取得等を行うために使用）。eBayのパスワードは取得しません。
• 利用者が作成するコンテンツ：出品下書き、タイトル、説明、アイテムスペック、価格、画像等。
• 決済情報：サブスクリプション決済はStripeが処理します。カード番号全体は保存せず、プラン・状態・下4桁等の限定的情報をStripeから受領します。
• 利用データ：サービスの運用・セキュリティに必要な基本ログ。

2. 利用目的

• 本サービスの提供・維持・改善のため。
• 利用者の認可に基づきeBay APIへ連携するため。
• サブスクリプションおよび課金処理のため。
• サポート提供およびサービス関連通知の送付のため。
• 不正利用の防止および法令遵守のため。

3. 委託先（サブプロセッサ）

本サービス運営に必要な範囲で以下の事業者と情報を共有します：eBay（API連携）、Stripe（決済）、Supabase（データベース／認証基盤）、Cloudflare R2（画像保存・配信）。当社は個人情報を販売しません。

4. eBayアカウント削除／閉鎖

eBayの要件に従い、当社はeBay Marketplace Account Deletion/Closure通知を購読しています。有効な通知を受領した場合、当該アカウントについて保持するeBayデータおよびトークンを削除します。

5. 保存期間と削除

アカウントが有効な間、データを保存します。利用者はいつでもアカウントおよび関連データの削除を請求できます。法令上必要な場合を除き、合理的な期間内に削除または匿名化します。

6. セキュリティ

eBayトークンの保存時暗号化、アカウントごとのデータ隔離等、適切な技術的措置を講じます。完全な安全性を保証するものではありませんが、情報保護に努めます。

7. 国際的な取扱い

当社は日本を拠点とし、委託先の各地域の設備でデータを処理する場合があります。本サービスの利用により、これに同意したものとみなします。

8. 利用者の権利

利用者は、当社に連絡することで、個人情報の開示・訂正・削除を請求できます。地域により追加の権利が適用される場合があります。

9. 未成年について

本サービスは18歳以上の事業者向けであり、子どもを対象としていません。

10. 変更

本ポリシーは改定される場合があります。重要な変更は制定日を更新のうえ本ページに掲示します。
