These Terms govern your use of the ArcThree eBay Listing Tool and related tools (the "Service") operated by ArcThree Media Lab ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service helps eBay sellers prepare and manage listings — including title generation, category/item-specifics lookup, image handling, duplicate checks, CSV export, and pre-listing checks. You connect your own eBay account via eBay's OAuth authorization, and the Service acts on your behalf within the scope you grant.
You must be at least 18 years old and operate a valid eBay seller account. You are responsible for complying with eBay's policies and all applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, or prohibited listings, to violate eBay's policies, to interfere with the Service, or to attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You are solely responsible for your listings, including titles, descriptions, pricing, images, shipping settings, and compliance with eBay and applicable law. Outputs such as shipping and profit estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guarantees; you must confirm final figures yourself before making decisions.
The Service is an independent third-party tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc. "eBay" is a trademark of its respective owner. Your use of eBay remains subject to eBay's own terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimates are accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost sales. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or as required by law. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date; continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Nagoya District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes.

本規約は、ArcThree Media Lab（以下「当社」）が運営するArcThree eBay出品支援ツールおよび関連ツール（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めます。アカウント登録または本サービスの利用をもって、本規約に同意したものとします。
本サービスは、タイトル生成、カテゴリ／アイテムスペック検索、画像処理、重複チェック、CSV書き出し、出品前チェック等により、eBayセラーの出品準備・管理を支援します。利用者はeBayのOAuth認可により自身のeBayアカウントを連携し、本サービスは付与された範囲内で利用者に代わって処理を行います。
利用者は18歳以上で、有効なeBayセラーアカウントを保有している必要があります。eBayのポリシーおよび適用法令の遵守は利用者の責任です。
利用者はログイン情報を適切に管理し、自己のアカウントでの一切の行為に責任を負います。不正利用を認識した場合は速やかに当社へ通知してください。
違法・権利侵害・禁止された出品の作成、eBayポリシー違反、本サービスの妨害、不正アクセスの試み等に本サービスを利用しないものとします。違反があった場合、当社はアカウントを停止することがあります。
タイトル・説明・価格・画像・発送設定、およびeBayや適用法令の遵守を含め、出品に関する一切は利用者の責任です。送料・利益目安等の出力は参考情報であり、結果を保証しません。判断の確定前に利用者自身で最終確認してください。
本サービスは独立した第三者ツールです。当社はeBay Inc.と提携・後援・推奨関係にありません。「eBay」は各権利者の商標です。eBayの利用には別途eBay自身の規約が適用されます。
本サービスは、法令上許容される最大限の範囲で、明示・黙示を問わずいかなる保証もなく「現状有姿」「提供可能な範囲」で提供されます。無停止・無誤謬や目安の正確性を保証しません。
法令上許容される最大限の範囲で、当社は間接・付随・結果的損害、逸失利益・逸失売上について責任を負いません。本サービスに関する当社の総責任額は、請求前12か月間に利用者が当社へ支払った金額を上限とします。
利用者はいつでも利用を停止しアカウントを削除できます。当社は本規約違反時または法令上必要な場合、利用を停止・終了することがあります。終了時のデータの取扱いはプライバシーポリシーに従います。
当社は本サービスまたは本規約を変更する場合があります。重要な変更は制定日を更新のうえ本ページに掲示し、継続利用をもって同意とみなします。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関する紛争については、名古屋地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
